You should get these on Ebay or any other online marketplace close to where you live. It works but it’s very limited compared to a catalyst switch. Nowadays GNS3 also supports.

Is there a way to add the IOS for a Cisco 2960 switch? Or any Cisco Catalyst switch?
Thanks,
Terry

Hi,
You can not simulate switches.
However, you can use router with switch modules....
Here's and example;
Simple .net file; change image and work directory..
autostart = False
[localhost:7200]
workingdir = C:GNS3workareadynamips-work-dir
[[3640]]
image = C:GNS3imagesc3640-jk9o3s-mz.124-16a-ext.bin
chassis = 3640
ghostios = True
[[ROUTER RTR-2]]
model = 3640
console = 2003
slot0 = NM-16ESW
f0/0 = RTR-1 f0/0
f0/1 = RTR-1 f0/1
x = -243.0
y = 46.0
[[ROUTER RTR-1]]
model = 3640
console = 2002
slot0 = NM-16ESW
f0/0 = RTR-2 f0/0
f0/1 = RTR-2 f0/1
x = 13.0
y = -74.0
Output;
You can not add VLANs from global configuration.
Example:
RTR-1(config)#vlan 10 ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
RTR-1(config)#vlan 10
From exect mode;
vlan database
RTR-1(vlan)#vlan 10
VLAN 10 added:
Name: VLAN0010
RTR-1(vlan)#
or configure VTP information...
RTR-1(vlan)#vtp domain TEST
